Easy Steps to Apply a Screen Protector Perfectly

Screen protectors should be at the top of your shopping list when buying phone accessories. They are made to protect your phone’s display from any exterior damages that may occur during daily use. Step 1: Clean the device and make sure your device is dust-free. Remove it from any protective case and use a micro-fibre cloth to cleanse the screen from fingerprints and smudges. If the smudges are harder to clean, apply a small amount of moisture on the screen and wipe it.

Step 2: Take the screen protector out of the packaging, but don’t remove the protective film on the sticky side until later. Take a tape about 3 cm long and put it on the right side of the screen protector with half sticking off the edge. Be careful and don’t use the tape that leaves sticky smudges when removed.

Step 3: Place the screen protector on the phone and when you achieve a perfect alignment wrap the tape tightly around the back of the phone to secure it in place.

Step 4: Lift up the screen protector from the device and use the microfibre cloth again to remove any dust particles. Then, take a piece of stickers that come with the screen protector and lift off all particles that weren’t removed with a cloth. This is an important part to have your screen protector installed without any air bubbles!

Step 5: Its time to install the screen protector. Carefully remove the protective film, make sure the tapes are in their place and quickly flip it over onto your phone. Make sure you keep the tension of the tape as it will ensure that the screen protector lands in position perfectly.

Step 6: Carefully remove the tape, take the plastic squeegee or a credit card and push the air bubbles to the edge of the phone. When you’re done remove the film from the other side of the screen protector.
